Did You Know That Spartacus and Alexander the Great Had Phobias?
We all have phobias at some level, even the greatest conquerors in history including Spartacus and Alexander the Great who we associate with bravery and courage had a fear of something.
A situation for one person might be fun and exciting, but for others it can be their worst nightmare. Holding a snake could be seen as the most exciting thing to happen to you, where as your friend could see this same situation as the worst thing that could possibly happen.
Malaysia Edition explained in their recent article on Phobias, the different levels of anxiety, fear and phobia, explaining that over 20% of the population suffer from one or more phobias. In my experience it is more like 50% of the population who have phobias but that could have something to do with my job.
