Digitial Journal.com discuss a recent finding that shows how 2.3 million people suffer from increased forms of stress

Recent research conducted by psychiatrists at the University of Cambridge and the University of Hertfordshire has said that around 13% of UK residents suffer from some type of stressful disorder from obsessive compulsive disorders, panic attacks, phobias to post-traumatic stress.

 

The same research has uncovered some alarming news as stress in UK residents seems to be increasing, when compared to previous research completed in 2007. Lifestyle in the UK maybe one reason for increased stress.
