50 Things To Do

50 Things To Do

On your death bed you don’t want to look back on your life and say “I wished I had done more with my life” you want to look back and remember all the amazing experiences you had throughout your life. Some people you meet have done lots of interesting things, others just sit in front of the TV doing nothing, feeling de-motivated.

A great way to do more fun things is through creating a list of 50 Things To Do. Having a list is highly motivational, because a list keeps the activities in the font of your mind, imagine on your list is to take part in a cooking course, then you see an advert for a cooking course, you are more likely to book this course compared to a person without a list who say they want to do more fun things.

Secondly by ticking off your list you see that you are doing more things, which motivates you to do even more of your list items. New things don’t have to be expensive, in actually fact many new activities can be free. Some activities can one off events and others may be around a skill you need to learn. I would also recommend doing some events alone and some in groups, it is also highly motivation to tell others the recent activities that you have been doing, because their enthusiasm can also help to keep you motivated.

Here are a few examples, many of these I have added to my 100 things to do list, and have already ticked off. I have recorded these things to do via seasons, but you can do what you want when you want – it’s your list
