The best coaches don’t make the most money
The skills required to become a really good coach aren’t the same required to be a successful business owner. Coaches often think about clients before profit, but if your business isn’t profitable you can find yourself in a place where you can’t afford to coach anyone.
All coaches need to make money. Often coaches believe the only way to make a profit is through their hourly coaching rate. This income is limited as you can only one income per hour.
Successful coaches make additional incomes from their website. This means you can create an income through the coaching hourly rate while at the same time , creating a second income from their website without having to do any work (keeping their time free for to coach clients and develop their skills)
Products To Boost Income
The easiest way to make an additional income is to become an affiliate. An affiliate sells other peoples products and courses via their website and takes a percentage of the cost.
As an example you can sell NLP course hosted by Richard Bandler as an affiliate. All you have to do is to add an image-link that is provided by the business to your website – its that simple.
Every time one of your website users buys a product from your affiliate link (this could be a URL link or Banner on the website or even an e-mail you sent to your list) you will get a percentage of the cost (generally up to 60% of the products cost)
Making Money
This is a great way to make extra money, imagine you sold a £2500 course and you got a 10% affiliate referral fee you only need to sell one course a day to make £1750 a week on top of your coaching session fees.
As an affiliate you sell a wide range of products, this can include e-products, courses or evening interventions from professionals. ClickBank

But you need to be savvy when picking the products you want to sell. As a coach many of your clients will not be interested in a make money scheme or cover letter templates, rather they are interested in self-development or becoming a coach themselves.
Also, ensure your affiliate product doesn’t take your customers away from booking a session with you.
But the key here is once the affiliate programme is set up, you don’t have to do anything, it’s all automatic.
Doubling Your Money
Affiliate scheme is an easy way to make money without working for it, you simply add a link and a percentage of your website visitors will buy the product – easy money.
Personally I’m happy to work a little to double my products. Once I pick a new affiliate product, I write blog articles about the product, add recommendations on forums and promote through my social media sites and to my list, increasing my sales and profits.
If a product starts to decline in sales, I will then change it to a newer product.
