Start Your Day of Positively by Sorting Out Your Wardrobe
Traci explained the 3 steps to start your day of positively by sorting out your wardrobe
- Open Your Wardrobe; when you open your wardrobe your emotions fly all over the place as new clothes make you feel good, old clothes create anxiety and the clothes that no longer fit fill you with negativity – this is where that negative self talk tells you, as an example “that you need to lose weight!”
- Make 3 Piles; put all your clothes in 3 piles. Pile 1 clothes that make you feel good, Pile 2 clothes that use to make you feel good and Pile 3 clothes that never made you feel good
- Get Rid or Keep; Get rid of any clothes that have a negative emotion or negative association to them. This way the next time you open your wardrobe you will only be confronted by clothes that make you feel positive
