3 Steps To Increase Your Confidence
- Check Your Posture – first you need to take a look at your body language and ask does my posture make me feel confident? Is your head head high or facing the floor, do you retain eye contact when talking, are your shoulder held back or slumped, do you have a firm or limp handshake?
- Change Your Body Language – if you take on a positive and confident you will feel more confident; hold your head high and shoulders back, smile, retain eye contact and use a firm handshake
- Apply Confidence Daily – repeat this confident body language daily and you will naturally start to feel more confident
