How To Stop Feeling Overwhelmed
People will often feel overwhelmed when they are face, with what they perceive, is a massive, uncontrollable amount of task.
Without a strategy to manage the long list of things to do, they simply give up thinking “i will do that later”
Stop Feeling Overwhelmed
Use the 3 D’s – DO, DELETE, DELEGATE
Delegate – write a list of everything that you no longer are required to do. This can include automating procedures, such as paying a bill, or simply hiring help; a cleaner, accountant or taking your car to a car wash
Delete – we end up doing task that we routinely completed that are no longer require. We are habitual robots. Look at the task you do each week and get rid, delete, and chore, task or duty that is no longer required of you. When possible use technology, robots or online process to make this task, a task of the past.
Do – there are always things that you need to do. Create a list of these task, pick one and take action. Motion creates motivation
