3 Steps To Get Yourself Going
You sometimes wake up and for one reason or another you cant seem to get motivated, you cant create action and you simply cant getting yourself going.
There are 3 steps we all need to take when we need to get ourselves going, once followed you will find you will achieve success quickly
Step 1 To Get Yourself Going
Set yourself daily goals.
We are more likely to take action if we set and write down our goals. This simple action creates commitment.
When you wake up ask “what is todays daily goal?”
Step 2 To Get Yourself Going
Big goals can seem scary and to large to achieve
With each daily goal break this goal down into 3 easy to achieve steps. When a task or goal seems easy to achieve you will be more motivated to take action straight away.
Momentum creates motivation. As you start and achieve one small step you will soon the second
Step 3 To Get Yourself Going
To get going, take a step and ask yourself “what can i do right now to move forward with this goal?” There will be certain task where you need a particular resource, but to create motivation, think about a task you can do in this very minute.
