There are 3 motivational mind hacks we all need to take when we want to create personal motivation, once followed you will find you will achieve your goals quickly
Mind Hack 1 If its not important, don’t worry about it
Successful people don’t sweat the small stuff. Instead they look at whats important and focus entirely on that particular task.
Stress and procrastination come due to over thinking, worrying about things out of your control and trying to do everything yourself.
Forget all that and get motivated by ditching the pointless and focusing on your outcomes
Mind Hack 2 Create Inspiration
Inspirational people have a massive effect on or own state
To create motivation find inspiration. There are two simple ways to get inspired. One surround yourself with positive people, and ditch those mood hoovers that make you feel depressed.
And/or listen to inspirational audios and/or YouTube clicks. I’m personally a big fan of Ted X talks.
Mind Hack 3 Priorities Your Days Task
Having a large number of task creates the feeling of being overwhelmed. In this state it is really hard to get motivated to take action.
In the morning create a list of your daily task and priorities them. Either, depending on your own personal motivational traits, complete the small easy task first or focus on that days big goal.
Also, look at what task can be delegated or deleted – make life easier for yourself
