Lets face it, the morning get up is tiring.
If you start the morning on the wrong side of bed your whole day is affected. These 3 tips will help you get the best out of your day by starting it in the right way.
Routine Magic
Having a routine is magic because you become habitual with your morning motivation. The best morning routine is physical and mental. By doing the same task each day, the mind and body workout compound giving you extra benefit
Daily exercise is good for both your body and your mind, as exercise releases endorphin’s. Your routine should start as soon as your alarm go’s off. Get up and have your gym kit ready to go. Just 20 minutes of exercise will get you in the right head space
Affirmations That Have Impact
Picking any old affirmation from a self help book wont have a real impact. Instead you need to use a positive affirmation that truly means something to you, something you value.
As well as repeating positive affirmations, use visualizations to double the impact as both a positive visualization and auditory collectively have a bigger impact
Meditate for Motivation
We all have a busy life, with the morning often seeming like a roll coaster that you cant get off.
To feel more focused and motivated, get up earlier and give yourself time to mediate (or mindfulness/self hypnosis) Having a space to relax, calm down allows your mind to access other parts of the brain, often giving you an enlightening light bulb moment which may be a solution to a forthcoming work problem
