The reality is that most people don’t need to change their whole life. Rather people are looking for tweaks, little changes, that will have a big impact.
If you change your levels of happiness by 1% each day, your happiness won’t juts increase it will compound. Today I will get you started with a boost by increasing your happiness by 10%
Make the Little Things Count
Everyday you will have success.
People each day grow, develop, evolve. Small goals are set and achieved, from walking to the shop instead of driving, from taking action compared to your usual procrastination.
Because we believe that success is only achieved for big achievements we don’t take count of the little things. But it this little steps forward that have massive impact.
Start to recognize every little milestone, every little change you make and every time you feel more happy, successful and fulfilled. Compare yourself today to where you were a month ago, last week, yesterday
If you did something different, something new, if you felt in a better place, appreciate yourself for this achievement. Happiness only comes when you have high levels of self worth which come from knowing how wonderful you are.
Help Others, Be Charitable
Your own happiness will increase when you help others to be more confident
When you are looking to be more happy, you look at what you need to do, what you need to change, to increase your own positive state
But you are missing a trick. By helping other people; volunteering, a charity run, being a mentor, working in a soup kitchen, being a friend to a stranger, lending someone 10p in a coffee house who didn’t have enough money to pay for latte, you will feel great inside
This feeling of fulfillment will spread into other areas of your day, allowing your happiness to become associated to other task

We live in an online world where your life is shared across the globe. We our life shared through photos, blog post and social media platforms you allow the public an opportunity to critique you (some online trolls go out the way to put propel down)
When trying to make a change in your life you will get others, even friends and family, stating how you can’t do this or you shouldn’t try that. With every suggestion being shot down it is easy to lose momentum.
You have to stop caring. Imagine that you didn’t care what other said, imagine that if you made mistakes you would happily tell others, imagine you put yourself and only cared about your own self reflection. If you had this mind set what would yo do different? What goals would you set? What would you start first?
