The thought of rejection is so powerful, that it stops most people to take action, to even give it a try.
When trying something new, your default is to imagine what others will think of you? This negative visualization, imagining being rejected by your peers is the killer to your dreams. But you should actually embrace rejection and here’s why.

Embrace Rejection – Reason One
When you embrace being rejected you actually stop caring about what others think of you.
This first creates the feeling of release, you can try new things and not give a damn. Without a focus on what others will think, your mind is now clear to choose a perspective of your choice.
This seems on the face of it a small victory (no longer being a slave to other peoples opinions) but in actual fact not caring about others will make you more successful. You will try new things, set bigger goals, reflect more positively and take bigger action more of the time
Embrace Rejection – Reason Two
Increase confidence
Hearing, embracing and believing the rejection you hear destroys your confidence.
You may get rejected because of a number of reasons; just missing out, someone not understanding your idea, argument or vision, financial reasons, wrong timing. Being rejected doesn’t mean that you will never achieve your goal, instead it means you need to look at the reason why you will be successful next time.
Ask yourself “what do I need to do differently next time?”
Embrace Rejection – Reason Three
Not being successful all the time is in actual pact therapeutic. Having some rejection creates innovation as you look at new ways to achieve the same goal. Being rejected makes you try harder in future ventures. Rejection breeds learning.
Rejection is part of life, the difference is when you embrace rejection you create a positive state rather then a negative belief. It is this positive mind-frame that helps you to be successful in your next venture
