More people live in debt then ever before, a recent increase pressure at work is having its toll and technologies such as IPads, mobile phones and even the TV creates introverts, not the creative side of being introvert but a lack of interaction that doesn’t release the daily stress of life

Step 1 Create Awareness
Stress creeps up on you
To beat stress you first have to notice the tell-tell signs. Having awareness creates concision control, conscious control increases power and the feeling of power is motivational.
Stress, at first comes with baby steps. By noticing stress increasing you can then follow the next two steps breaking the stress cycle, increasing your success.
- Feeling agitated, frustrated and moody
- A lack of control
- Not being able to relax
- The internal feeling of worthlessness
- Low energy
- Headaches, chest pain, stomach upsets and rapid heartbeat
- Lack of sleep
- Clenched jaw and teeth grinding
Step 2 Pick It, Do It
When feeling stress, you will still get the desire to take action (meet a friend, start a business, exercise) but rather then taking action, you over think what you want to achieve before talking yourself out of your goal
This cycle has an additional negative side effect. Quickly as you make the decision not to take action, so feel depressed about the lack of action (which can lead to depression in extreme cases)
The key to success and breaking your high levels of stress is by taking immediate action. Pick one thing you know you would enjoy doing and do it – Don’t think, don’t way up the options, instead get up, move and do it.
Momentum creates motivation, so get moving
Step 3 Don’t Feed the Stress, Feed Your Body
Stress is fed by your negative perspective.
When you feel stressed you automatically focus on the stress of, well, everything. This is why you need step 1, you need to notice the feeling of stress and then, step 2, take action.
These negative thoughts are the food stuff fro your stress levels. The more you think negatively the bigger your stress becomes.
As well as completing step 1 and 2 you need to start feeding your body. Have you ever noticed that when you feel stressed you stop eating healthy, instead you go for take away or microwave meals? Also compare the amount of water you take when stressed an motivated.
To help change your mind set you need a healthy body. Plan your diet and making access to water easy. And again take action! When you get home and think should I cook the planned meal…or…
Instead of getting to the …or get a take away, stand up and go to the kitchen and start cooking. As we said in step 2 momentum creates motivation
