We all have a desire life plan, the way we ideally want to live our lives

 

This life plan is individual, unique – no-one else will have one like yours. It will be made up of you career aspirations, your values, beliefs, the type of people you want to associate with, even the type of country you want to live in

 

The personal life plan can be the answer to your happiness, you just need to understand how it works

Step 1

 

 

Originally your life plan is subconsciously put onto you from observational learning, unconscious peer mentoring and through the rules of society

 

At a certain point, often in early adulthood you will start to feel that nothing everything is right. Something niggles but you don’t know what

 

This your min telling you that its time to change, that you need to evolve and grow. Most people ignore this intuitiveness and live an unfulfilled life. Instead ask yourself what is it that is making feel uncomfortable

 

Rule 1 become aware of the things currently in your life that don’t make you happy

Step 2

 

 

When you know what isn’t working (and you delete it from your existence) you need to focus on what changes you need to make to feel fulfilled

 

Get specific here. If you need to exercise more, ask – would i prefer running or the gym, hiking or swimming, squash or football?

 

Think about all the detail that will get you excited, motivated and encouraged

 

Step 2 – think about what you want to do and DO IT!!!!

Step 3

 

As you evolve your life plan, your whole life can change (or maybe for you just a few things)

 

Also think about the environment and social group you are in. Do these things encourage or dishearten you? Do you feel empowered or demotivated?

 

Even think about how you dress, walk, talk, eat, sleep – what else will make you happy, joyful, excited? Here you need to go back to step 2 and TAKE ACTION
