The belief that one goal creates success
Many self help books tell you, set a goal, a big goal, achieve this goal and you will be successful. This advice is wrong.
The truth is, that one goal is never enough. Successful people keep setting new goals, new ambitions. They believe that success comes from following your passion not just setting a single goal.
You need to desire growth, be hungry for expanding your knowledge and be innovative. After each successful goal, keep momentum moving by setting your next goal.

Copying others doesn’t always create success
Humans often act like sleep, copying what others do. In some cases this copy cat process can create success by building on other peoples ideas.
But often we copy not because our mentor is inspiring (the right reason for using the copy cat strategy) we copy because we don’t want to be seen as different.
It is the fear of being judged by others that creates the sheep instinct. To be successful you need to play to your own strengths, skills and qualities. You need a goal that fits in with YOUR values, beliefs and experiences.
To be successful, be unique, be YOU

Forcing yourself to do things to achieve your goals
Hard work creates success…..it does, but you have to enjoy what you do.
Hard work doesn’t mean you have to do the things you dislike, hard work comes because you push yourself to be your best. People often give up on their goals because they taken a path (often through copying others) that they dislike
Instead find your own route, pick a more enjoyable way to achieve your goal. If you want to lose weight you can choose to exercise, change your diet, or have a different lifestyle. If choose exercise this could be hiking, gym, running, squash
There are many ways to achieve any one goal, think about what motivates you and emerge yourself into your own path that leads to success
